Troubleshooting: Launch Semplice Shows Blank Screen/Doesn't Load

WARNING: ONLY DO THIS IF YOU ARE USING AN SSL CERTIFICATE.

When you click 'Launch Semplice' if the Admin Area doesn't load all the way (the Semplice logo spins forever) or if it's blank, follow this guide:
  1. If you have an SSL certificate for your site (your URL starts with https:// instead of http://) please go to to Wordpress dashboard > Settings > General and make sure your URL there is set to https://
  2. If your URL is set to http:// change it to https://, click Save Changes. You will have to log back in.
  3. Log in and click Launch Semplice again. It should be working now and you will see the onboarding screens.

If this doesn't work, please email help@semplice.com with your admin URL, admin username, and admin password so we can log in to the back end of your Wordpress and see what the issue is.
