Semplice does not support multi-language plugins like WPML.
However, you can get around this by using a plugin called Conditional Menus.
This essentially allows you to create duplicates of your pages in different languages, and show/hide them depending on the language. Once you create the duplicate pages in Semplice, you can assign a custom class and use CSS (in the Branding tab CSS editor of your page/project in Semplice) to show or hide menu items.
For example, if you have a German and English site, you could hide German menu items on an English page by placing CSS in the Branding tab CSS editor like this:
display: none !important;
And vice-versa for English on German pages.
