In this guide, we'll show you how to create and customize a cursor for your page in just a few minutes, without custom code.
You can customize the text, color and styling for your global cursor, or set different cursors to appear on mouseover for specific sections of your site.
Please note: This feature is only available in Semplice 6. If you're on an older version of Semplice, you can upgrade here.
How to enable custom cursor
To enable custom cursor you will need to go to the "Customize" tab on your admin page and then select "Advanced", "Custom Cursor". There you will be able to turn on the custom cursor.

In basic settings you are able to change the color of your cursor, size and blending mode. And also adjust these settings for the mouseover status.

If you want to have a text on your custom cursor as shown in example below, then here you are able to change the type settings of this text.

Customize mouseover for specific site elements
In this menu you can define the text or icon in your cursor for specific mouseovers.
First select an element from a dropdown menu. Now you can pick one of the available icons or enter a custom text to show inside your cursor in a mouseover state. You will also be able to change the colors and blending mode.

Troubleshooting
If you don't see an icon or text in a mouseover state even after setting it up, make sure the mouseover state uses non transparent colors and correct blending mode.
