We do not provide personal support for custom font issues. However, usually any issues lie in some small detail that was entered incorrectly, such as using 'http' vs. 'https' in the filepath URLs.
If you've followed the troubleshooting steps carefully and your fonts still aren't working, it's possible your font files are not high quality. Please reach out to the foundry or try a different font.
