Semplice allows you to preview changes directly within Content Editor, but you also can see a fully accurate live preview in your browser.
After editing a page, hit Save and then click on the eye icon on top of the editor bar. Here you can see how your page will look live without actually publishing it. When you are ready to make your changes live, you can publish your changes.
