You can swap or replace a project thumbnail image individually on hover by setting a hover image or video in your Project Settings.
Setting the thumbnail replacement on hover
Go to your project settings, and enable the Thumbnail Hover options to set individual Thumb Hover effects for that particular project. You now have the choice to add an image or video to replace the thumbnail on hover!
