For Semplice Studio license users, you can use the MailChimp module to place a simple subscribe form on your page. Any emails collected from this form will be collected directly in your MailChimp account, which you can then use to communicate with your subscribers.
Getting the Form Action URL
Login to your MailChimp account. In the left menu, go to "Forms (Beta)" > "Other Forms":
Click "Embedded form" (under "Create form to learn more about your audience"). In the settings, click "Continue to Build", then "Continue" at the top right of the screen. From there you can copy your code and go back to the Semplice editor:
Adding the Form Action URL in "MailChimp" module
Back in your MailChimp module settings, look for the "Form Action URL" option (under the "Module" tab), and paste in the action form URL you grabbed from MailChimp, then click "Save"button.
Your form is ready! Your form will now collect email subscribers and add them to your MailChimp contact list. You can style the form in Semplice as needed.
Customizing the confirmation page
By default, when a site visitor signs up for a subscription they will be redirected to a confirmation/thank you page. There is unfortunately not a way to disable it, but you can customize the thank you page or set a redirect page in case you don't want site visitors to see the default MailChimp confirmation.
